EA won't be there. Blizzard won't be there. Steam is increasingly becoming a great indie platform where the only AAA titles we see on it are Valve's.

Casual vs Hardcore gaming. If they announce the console first, and it's not able to run the latest and greatest games on their highest resolution they stymie the idea of being able to run SteamOS on a high end gaming rig. This way peo

At the same price as a Raspberry Pi, why would I want one? For me, the only benefit I see to the Chromecast is frequent travel for use on hotel televisions. Otherwise, an HTPC is going to provide superior functionality at the same cost.

Moreover, BTC isn't the only hot new digital currency out there. It's quite possible a currency with better technical support by vendors/exchanges could overtake BTC as the premiere ecurrency.

Your C point implies purchase. It's safe to assume EA uses purchases as their success metric, as they are unlikely to complain you actually paid for the game.

You weren't playing Diablo 3 at release then. Give EA time and Sim City will stabilize as well as D3 has, either because they've expanded hardware, or shrunk their user base.
