Which database backend are you using? Apologies if it's been mentioned. Also, does Cosmic support graphql subscriptions or streaming/live data?

It wouldn’t necessarily need to come from GPS. You could use beacons (ble) or similar to augment the raw dataset. https://estimote.com (etc)

I added a simple api endpoint to access favorites on HN, since they weren’t available on the normal api. https://github.com/reactual/hacker-news-favorites-api

There were definitely several broad claims made. Without seeing the platform though, within the context claimed, it’s difficult to include the entire low-code industry, especially 80%+ of the logos included in the link you mentioned, being

Interesting work Nick. I’d love to chat with you directly at some point, since our work overlaps in a few ways. Best of luck with the launch, definitely interested in helping out with beta testing. User@gmail

I tend to agree regarding the home page content, but I’ve found the “customers also bought” sections quite helpful lately, especially when looking at industrial/technical products.

Thanks for sharing your findings & datasets, I’ll definitely be following your work. I saw your datasets repo on github, I was curious if any of the raw data or messier bulk data was available? They seemed to be summarized, or the resul

I agree. What’s interesting is that it’s compatible with most devices/libraries (arduino etc), compared to using a consumer level garmin device with sms/data functionality that requires a contract (to be affordable at least). Also

Iridium side note -- I was testing a RockBlock (rock7) recently. They are really easy to use, ~$200. Awesome that this stuff is getting more approachable. http://www.rock7mobile.com/products-rockblock https://www

What’s pretty funny, I always thought, and difficult to openly discuss; click on a somewhat “typical” blonde on LinkedIn, and unlock the rabbit hole of baywatch-esque related/recommendations pour in. Obvious, kind of funny, kind of sad

Thanks for posting. I've been working with lidar/robotic data more recently and it's nice to work with JSON directly, when the performance is good enough.

I recently learned that old typewriters didn’t have a “1” key. I thought my olevetti was broken but turns out the lowercase “L” is used for the number one. Not implying that it’s ok, but maybe those original decisions inherited some of that

Nice work. I noticed the number 5 used in the fractions looks a bit larger/out of place. I think it may have 1-2 extra pixels. I also think the {} () is problematic, may need to be solved a different way.

Oh, I remember what it was: On newer laptops, you typically have to press a function key to activate f4 (by default). On a thinkpad carbon/dell xps 13 those keys are a bit finicky, especially if used to a mac key layout. In previous wi

I agree. It’s been a while, but using OG Windows, you’d open start, then ctrl + u or similar (it’s been a while), and you could restart without touching the mouse. I couldn’t figure how to do it (if possible) in win 10.

One possible solution is to allow a url or query param to load a full auth form for each supported provider, in addition to the default stepped screen. That would allow a user to bookmark the form relevant to their auth method.
