I made a basic API (free/open source) to access user favorites, since that endpoint isn’t available on the normal api. I’ll add in a comments option. https://github.com/reactual/hacker-news-favorites-api

I get reminded of this the most while driving and using Google Maps on an iPhone. I've definitely had several close calls in traffic, with faceId requiring me to type the password, switch back to the maps app etc, since google maps can

I may not be following correctly, but if a Boolean field doesn’t support null, how would you handle a use case like: a survey question that hasn’t been answered, vs setting as false by default? Would you use an enum with 3 states vs a Boole

Can Cloud Run work with GCP Memorystore (managed cache)? Also, one limitation of GCP cloud functions was the ability to communicate directly to a private network VM, although a solution is in beta I think. Does Cloud Run have this limitatio

While I understand where you are coming from, have you used envoy or Ambassador (based on envoy)? They are extremely well designed, especially to address the service routing issues of multi-cloud, Kubernetes, micro services etc. I was extre
