Some thoughts having just completed this: * It costs $40k in year one and $30k/year in subsequent years if you do the now typical stack of Vanta, pen test, vulnerability monitoring and audit fees. This makes ROI pretty straight forward

It's impressive how consistently there's been 1.5x the actual death count in attributable excess deaths. April 2020 NY was pretty much the exact breakdown.

It's the same issue with support as a software company. We have companies paying us $10k a month who "want us to consider something for future roadmap if other customers would also value it" and free users who "demand we

Civil rights groups demand removing an elected officials freedom of speech. Okay. I am struggling to follow who exactly is pro or against civil rights. Certainly anger is justified, but the civil rights argument (as opposed to other paths)

If people find this interesting, consider reading the PLA document called 'Unrestriced Warfare'. Pretty terrifying, these measures don't come out of no where.

There are actually five studies now on this, all show that it has <10% positive effect on spread of covid, and no delta in excess deaths it just changes causes from covid-19 to deaths of despair.

We went baby stuff shopping 10 weeks before the due date, because look at us go. Baby came at 8 weeks before. Pure luck. Have your setup ready ideally early, you really never know. The concept of a go bag for the hospital also was very imp
