Possibly, although I don't know if that has to be the case. I fall asleep extremely quickly no matter how well rested I am. It's not based on how tired I am but rather the approach I explain the post.

I've been doing this for 11 months and still going strong. I'm still getting a reasonable amount of sleep every night (about 6 hours) which I'm sure helps, and I make sure to recover when I need to.
