So many of the oil companies have left downtown I have to think Amazon could snap up a good chunk of it. I moved away years ago but did anyone even fill up Shell Plaza after they moved out? That said, I doubt it'll be Houston.

Income tax is only assessed on deposit accounts that offer sign-up bonuses. Credit cards aren't deposit accounts.

I've been in a number of major natural disasters at this point. Fukushima, Ike, Colorado's 2013 floods. I've also been in two shooting incidents (where fortunately only the shooter was hurt). My point is, I've been lu

Maybe it's just me but the slog of getting to an airport works up enough sweat and dirt that I sleep better on the flight if I'm freshly showered.

Yep. I've flown a few 14+ hour ultra-long-haul flights in business or first class and it's a pleasant enough way to fly. Key for me is to shower at the lounge before departure. That makes a big difference in comfort.

This is 100% anecdotal, but a number of swing dance legends have lived to very old age. Frankie Manning, founder of Lindy Hop, died at 94. Norma Miller, the Queen of Swing, is 97 and still alive. This is a video of Frankie at 92 ! ht
