That's been my experience too. I've completely given up on Yelp.

I was very surprised to learn from two Stanford CS alums that functional programming was not a requirement in that program.

With an index fund you don't need one, you're just tracking the indices published by S&P/Barclays/etc.

There are definitely coworking spaces. I just spent two weeks working out of Kohub on Koh Lanta. Had a great time and even ran into the creator of the framework I specialize in, he was on the same island. Hung out with some guys working

Scala is very much a there's-more-than-one-way-to-do-it language, which is why there's no official JSON library or HTTP client. Moreover, most of the big support behind Scala comes from the Java world where you're expected to

Having worked with etcd in production for the last few months, I have to agree. The CoreOS stack needs some more time to marinate.

by saryant 12y ago
You could run it on top of something like CoreOS, but then you're just swapping Zookeeper for etcd.

But... that's the point of Maven and other package managers. Why does it need a UI like that? Unlike JS, the tradition in Java development is to use managed dependencies rather than download JARs for everything and throw them in &#x2
