Having to notarize your own software is giving one company total control over you and your future. It is unacceptable. I do not develop versions for macosx since notarization anymore.

Even in the case you could remove it, it would probably be reinstated the next update. If it is not software dependant I will try linux and remove Windows completely

You can also use linux containers (LXC) which are basically "freebsd jails for linux". If you want something easy to use, you can try Promox.
