Yes, this is correct, although it may be more obvious to visitors than to residents. The evidence that this is correct follows: visitors, tourists if you prefer, can collect reimbursement for VAT payments, the first link I hit was Norway bu

This is a gratifying read (along with the article) because I've been working on closely related things, and had come to the tentative conclusion that taking Aho-Corasick, anchoring it (so no failure transitions), and laying it out in c

A hash function can't reject a string with a single test of the first byte. It just can't. For this application, that's a leg up which a hash won't be able to touch. The rest of the art here is shaving down the constant

There are significant differences between trie-hard and a Bloom filter. Bloom filters are probabilistic, and use hashing. They're great for when rare false positives are acceptable in exchange for no false negatives, which isn't

We don't have to get philosophical about it, this is what the Fine Article says: > Most of you kids probably don’t remember a time where there weren’t millions of open source projects around, but the phrase was only coined in 1998.

In Vim: - dd - diw - A - I - 1G - G Code golfing, I count 12 keystrokes in your example, and 10 in stock Vim. This is the problem which kak/helix/Ki have with drawing in experienced Vim users: a language is a language, once you kn

Julia 100%. Multiple dispatch and a proper macro system are a superpower. It also doesn't abstract over data in the same way: if you want a byte, you can have a UInt8. But it does abstract over data: a function can take a Number, an

As the Fine Article mentions, the JavaScriptCore GC is conservative, and V8 is considering a switch. Someone reading your sentence might be at risk of conflating a minority position with a fringe one. Clearly this isn't the case here.
