eInk Device by Apple, would help with all those books with very strange grayscale/color fonts that sometimes are absolute unreadable on a ebook reader (but fine on tablet/phone). But I’m pretty sure we won’t see one

I‘m quite happy with my Kobo Clara HD. Maybe I would choose the Kobo Clara 2e for the water resistance. But both of them lack things you find important.

One thing I miss today, is the simplicity and ease of use of the mIRC help file. There was everything in one place, and offline. I find my self often missing something comparable. (I know of desktop tools for docs, but they didn’t quite fit

Gitlab is essentially a website, and Microsoft Edge is just Chrome. I think there isn't any reason to test on windows anymore.

Me neither. IHMO the best option is to check "Block new requests asking to allow notifications" in Firefox (Settings -> Privacy -> Notifications -> Settings).

Sadly true. IMHO to only thing left, is removing russian translation from every downloadable software. Side effect, maybe more russian speaking/reading people learn english or another language (at least reading).
