Sorry for the hijack, but what's the state of .NET Core development on Linux? I'm dominantly a Java/Scala dev (although using other langauges) and I'm kinda used to working on Linux...

Sure, but it will cause increased wear on the clutch plates. However, idling, keeping the clutch disengaged in neutral for longer periods of time increases wear on the dual-mass flywheel. So, whatever you do, you are damaging something :) .

I'm writing sick from bed so my posting capabilities are slightly diminished :) . Rancher itself is not an alternative to Kubernetes. It can control a Kubernetes, AWS, Mesos or very simple Cattle cluster. We started with Cattle with a

Take a look at Rancher also. It is a bit more mature project, and it did save me some headache. To be honest I didn't use Docker everywhere and everywhen but where I did, do real issues. Also there is DCGC from yelp!

I'll forgive the application size, because I like it. I hope there are plans to add tabs, because the current approach is a bit clunky, you can switch between open windows with Ctrl+Tab but the windows are independent.

Hear, hear! I can only see it being compared with dropwizard which is "only" a REST framework for Java. What's the problem this is solving?

Disclaimer: I'm just talking from a REST developer perspective. The nice thing of REST calls in the current form is that they are that - just calls. With proper monitoring you could just see which ones do you get more or less and with

I'm impressed, but for other reasons. For once, I have no idea how to properly implement this. I mean, it really looks like a lot of trouble mapping this from GraphQL to.. .SQL? And what if the system is using some kind of NoSQL databa

In my experience, to some degree. If you are using Play, for example, the Gradle plugin is currently held on Play 2.3. Play 2.4 is experimental, 2.5 is nowhere to be seen.
