Spotify hosts Joe Rogan, so I'm having a hard time seeing how they're leftist. If they were activists, they would have left that money on the table and never signed a contract with Rogan in the first place. It seems to me that the

Reading through this, it doesn't sound like ABS was required in 2009: https://crashstats.nhtsa.dot.gov/Api/Public/ViewPublication/... . Another source says it's been required (federally) as of 2013:

I've only run into issues like this when upgrading from Python 3.X to 3.Y, which is to be expected, and Homebrew lets you install a specific 3.X (e.g. brew install python@3.9 ) if you don't need/want be on the latest version

I use pipx for this. It isolates each tool in its own virtualenv. You might still have to install a specific Python version (although the latest 3.X works fine for me), but it takes some of the pain out of the process and makes sure you don

I found my previous job with a very small company on Indeed, but it was the only job I applied for on there because Indeed is full of garbage postings that barely describe the job, don't give a salary range, etc. I also got bombed with

For regular commits, sure, but for snap-shotting your work, I think it's fine. The backup branch would never be shared with anyone else, as you'd either push it to your own workspace/fork or to a clone on a mounted disk. For

Modulo, in this context, is defined as the remainder when dividing two numbers, and mod is just short for modulo. Is your objection that the term modulo didn't originally have this meaning? That aside, perhaps the % operator should b

In my experience, in the U.S., the vibes around this time of year are often frenetic, stressed, and full of forced holiday merriment. If I could find a way to completely avoid late November to early January, I would.

I guess it depends on the person, but this doesn't square with what I see, and I live in what's considered a very liberal area with relatively strict mandates. People are going to bars & clubs, eating out, holiday shopping, et

prefetch_related and select_related are pretty straightforward, but for more complex stuff the Django ORM can be a hindrance. I haven’t checked out Prisma. Thanks for the tip.

Python has optional static typing, which I think is getting better with each new release, e.g. allowing `T | U` for union types in 3.10. Types can be checked with mypy: http://www.mypy-lang.org/ For Django, there are these
