I introduced Docusaurus as the way to finally unite all documentation for our project and it has been a huge success. Our project consists of many components and we used to have a bunch of md files scattered around. Due to the MD-native nat

That's not comparable. Asahi is about running natively on the hardware.

Navigation for example. If you use react-navigation stack and native-stack may look very similar but have tons of hidden implications. If you are presenting a screen modally on iOS you cannot present a Modal component over it for example. T

Even if it was trained with OSS licenses, some of them require proper attribution, which copilot doesn’t do. Now, where the threshold is for substantial derivative work in order to require attribution is an interesting question.

I don't see anything wrong with that. I've been part of a community which forked in the past and it was so cringe (at least to me) for one of the sides to keep explaining the origins and such on each and every presentation even 10

npm link creates symlinks, and this is not supported by the Metro bundled used in React Native, so this could be a way to help there for example.

Way back when, when it was still called Google Talk, wasn’t it almost just XMPP? Alphabet wasn’t even a thing it was still Google. You can take off your tinfoil hat now :-)

QuickJS is awesome, simple to use and very easy to integrate. Over the past few years I slowly built a small JS runtime using QuickJS as the engine and libuv as the platform layer, amongst other things, in case anyone wants to take a look:

Note that the GH repo is just a mirror, development happens elsewhere. From the copyright notes there is another main developer involved, Charlie Gordon.

Kinda. Google uses the WebAssembly SIMD extension for their segmentation. Not sure if they have a fallback on Firefox, but if they do, it most likely won't perform the same way.

For the moment the intended use case is experimentation, by using the tjs binary as the runtime. Embedding is something I’d like to get to, eventually.
