I think FHE is nowhere close to practical performance, conditional branches or not.

Since conditional logic can be implemented as and/or logic gates, FHE should still apply to them and should be quite general purpose. But I’m not an expert, and I think it would depend on the design of specific FHE schemes.

I had the privilege to be able to leave the country this year, the lack of freedom inside India had become personally stifling. I went from lax Covid policies to a locked down city, and I feel freer.

There are lots of purposes but dismantling mass surveillance is a major one. This requires 'taking over the world'.

Me, a customer, is very happy that they play a regulatory role and are taking steps to prevent surveillance of the form GP is proposing. I’m glad that I don’t have a direct relationship with shady 3rd party developers.

It just forms a thin film instead of forming larger droplets. It’s no less or more disgusting than having fog in the first place.

There are anti-fogging sprays available - a spray is good for a few days. (Of course this is a worse solution than making that seal air-tight)

Their theory says nothing about sleep, except that your visual cortex isn't receiving any input. You're making a mistake in conflating dreams and sleep.

Rust has affine types (values can be used upto 1 time), which are similar to linear types(values can be used exactly once). Affine types are slightly more general, but offer less guarantees about your program. To add back some guarantees,

In general thinking about concurrent code in terms of threads is easier than thinking in terms of async code(it's a lower level abstraction). > Can you explain this? How is tokio's task different then elixir processes? Tokio&#x

I agree with you regarding all points. As someone living in India, I'm concerned with the eroding freedom. But as a person always looking for hacks, I'm also desperate for publications to simply not die off and this was one way.

The phone number was the only thing that was preventing them from keeping metadata such as usernames on their servers(until they introduced the PIN). It was a tradeoff between two concerns.

Yeah, I've no problem with the measure itself, but so far I haven't seen accurate comparisons across governments that normalise these figures. Neither from the government nor the pliant media. The vast majority of Indians live in

As the article states, the challenge is already lower for you because you can turn the heat to low, unlike the old days. Rice can vary, high starch to low starch, short-grain to long-grain, sticky, non-sticky, raw to parboiled. They're
