You also get the impression the UK wanted to have its cake and eat it too. Some of the Brexit political promises are pure delusion. I think a few over zealous Brexiteers might be conflating not getting rewarded with punishment.

It does but as pointed out above -- once above a certain % of alcohol as long as it's emulsified the alcohol will kill any bad bacteria.

Probably some standard emulsifier is surely added. That for me would be the key bit: Wikipedia suggests "emulsifier containing refined vegetable oil".

Recall this being a school project from a classmate. Was disappointed to learn the article centre of Wikipedia beyond the list articles e.g. 2019 was 'the United Kingdom' this was back in 2007 or 2008 or something.

Yeah -- off the top of my head: danluu.com, plover.com, ciechanow.ski, essays by pg and many others have very high quality writing and are insightful. I don't accept there is a shortage of blogs.

You must have had poor luck with your Google Search -- heres a few from someone work works in the Irish Dev Scene: Intercom, Workhuman and CarTrawler and others are in the pipeline like Pointy and Manna. Plenty of Irish software developers
