I've switched to opencode. I use it with Sonnet for targeted refactoring tasks and Gemini to do things that touch a lot of files, which otherwise can get expensive quickly.

My heart stopped for a moment when reading the title. I'm glad they haven't decided to axe GPUs, because fly GPU machines are FANTASTIC! Extremely fast to start on-demand, reliable and although a little bit pricy but not unreasona

If you look further down in the thread you can see how someone asks whether he saw any actual photos and his reply (which is what I posted). https://twitter.com/wothadei/status/1102570006330597381

Later, in response to a question whether he has actually seen any photos of other people he says: No, just their accounts are listed. I am not able to see any photos - not even my own.

What's interesting is that even though the value of for example Ethereum is going down, the usage statistics seem to be much healthier, specifically transaction volume [1] and address growth [2]. [0] https://etherscan.io

Btw, Wave-style OT needs a central server, but there are other forms of OT that do not. They mention this in your link. If your OT system can satisfy the TP2 propery you can do n-n synchronization but still have what you'd call an OT s

Thanks, I did address that when I said you can solve it if you know all actors in a n-n system, but I should have been clearer by pointing out the solution, which is (as you already said) every known actor acknowledging it. In an unbounded

Google wave is an example of what works well with a central server: you have many documents that can be sharded across many instances because each document only needs to be consistent with itself, and your throughput limit is therefore only

What you describe looks a lot like a Google Wave like OT system. Wave-style OT is eventually consistent, like CRDTs, but you need a central server to give the event history a total order. This is necessary because Wave-style OT is a 1-1 mod

I was in a similar situation, although I got more than 3 hours of sleep. I don't think 3 hours of sleep per day is sustainable, you have to find another solution. Any work you do on 3 hours of sleep is probably not great anyway. I don&

Yes, it gives you short circuiting on nil values. The post mentions `some->` and laments its inability to handle varying function signatures. You can combine `some->` with other threading macros to make it achieve the desired effect,

There is a neat macro I've been using to solve problems like the nested if-lets in the post: https://github.com/Engelberg/better-cond (b/cond :let [x (foo)] (not x) (do (log "foo failed")
