I think the easiest solution to this problem is to scratch the $1,000,000 thresholds entirely. Just say that any corporation based in Delaware has to pay for a license, and everyone else can use it for free.

Pair programming isn't inherent to good engineering culture. I would say that my employers have had phenomenal engineering culture, and the first couple had the best mentorship experiences I could have ever asked for.

Mentoring! That makes sense, and depending on where you work, the obvious "mac only" limitation isn't a big deal. Thanks for the insight!

I've worked at companies with 20 employees, and companies with 100,000 employees, and not once have I ever been asked to participate in pair programming. It would have been immensely useful in college, but VS Code already has a built-i

I hadn't heard of Resilio before, but their website makes it seem like a very attractive option. In fact, their screenshots remind me of the biggest gripe I had with Syncthing back when I was using it daily in college- Syncthing doesn&

The SDL2 binding is really nice for people (like me) who use LVGL for embedded HMI. It allows me to test out my UI on my desktop, without having to compile and deploy code to a piece of hardware.

Those Infineon chips are incredible for how inexpensive they are. I've worked with an XMC1400 at work (another one of their M0-based offerings) and it was insane how sophisticated the peripherals on those things are, despite being a di
