I don't think it could support it could support SMP since it would require on chip support, which isn't there now. Also, the cache coherence traffic/noise at 512 cpus would be serious problem anyway.

1920 widescreens are not really wide enough for a webpage and a code window. A 2560 widescreen is the obvious answer but they cost 3 to 4 times as much.

I'd never heard of it before this poll and I've looked a few times at alternative webservers and have been using Lighttpd for the last 3 years.

1. Find some people who are smarter than you and know the type of stuff you want to know. 2. Get to a point where they see you as a peer (by reading, discussing, solving problems etc.) 3. Go to #1

Well Google will surely do it first. I've already edited code using my iPod touch, via a SSH client - it was slow because of the small screen and on screen keyboard, but I had to fix an error on the live site and had no computer to hand. I

People are already talking about using the iPad itself to do development, it does after all support a VGA out and bluetooth keyboard already. It would enable a whole new generation of developers on the platform who can't afford a Mac mini i

This is disruptive technology at work http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Disruptive_technology Apple's iPad at first looks like a toy that only competes with low-end $600 Dell or HP, but it will acquire a high resolution screen, camera, faster

Well in the U.K. we have a very easy system that tells you age of the car based on the number plate. Despite this, very few women know the ages of the cars they see. If the car is clean and a good make, they don't know the difference. If no
