There isn't always enough entropy to uniquely identify a user - you can't rely on that to provide accurate tracking. If people are coming from a corporate environment using terminal servers then every single browser will identify

They only have to release that particular source code and any changes they have made. They aren't obligated to release anything related to or using that code. Essentially it just means they need to provide links to download either the

Worst case I had with them was when I migrated my personal account to a company account with an employer. When I left my employer they removed my account from the company account, which in turn DELETED my previously personal dropbox account
