My son (3 years old at the time) choked on a hot dog while at an amusement park. My wife was unsuccessful at dislodging it, but luckily, somebody near by helped her out. The whole episode lasted around 30 seconds. Scary stuff for my wife

This is great stuff, and is an example of how its the relationship that is ultimately the most important for the attorneys. I wish they took this to the next step and provided similar documents or template for incorporation for your typical

Seems like its a small start-up founder trying to protect his baby from PR hungry wolves.

Why not? Nobody knows everything, and if this collaborator is a part of your founding team, that's a recipe for success.

I have fallen into the trap of trying to come up with an idea that is completely unique. Its tempting to look for new categories to attack, while dismissing categories with entrenched players as the lack of competition looks so appealing.

I personally know of somebody who had their review deleted on Citysearch. She felt violated. If Citysearch does it, I wouldn't be surprised if their competitors do the same.

While I see your point, if your business gets sued, you personally could be far worse off than the cost of incorporating.

I don't see a problem with distilling an example to the basics when teaching beginners. Your concern should certainly be addressed at some point in the book though.

I have been trying to think of a slightly different analogy, but it hasn't come to mind yet. Andrew is certainly a prolific interviewer, but I see him as more of an explorer looking for the essence of entrepreneurship through people's stor

You might consider allowing teachers at the same school to pool an account so they can split the costs across multiple teachers. Teachers in the same grade or subject often collaborate, and this might be a good way to incentivize teachers
