Yes I did, thanks, I've also checked out: https://reactstrap.github.io They're both building on top of the v4 alpha, which feels like a sinking ship indeed. Though it could all change ofcourse, they are also updating t

I've been looking for a replacement for Bootstrap since it's been alpha for ages and it doesn't look like there is any interest in an official React implementation. So this might be it, I'm going to give it a try :)

I thought this might be a nice alternative to Paw. But nope, yet another Electron app misleadingly marketed as "native", nevermind.

My experience with CSS modules is that it has the same problems, just at a smaller scale. And because of the local scope I also see a lot more code duplication. It also doesn't play very well with global CSS libraries like bootstrap.

Both Android (ConstraintLayout) and iOS (Auto Layout) use Cassowary. Why not just implement this with CSS as well so we can use the same layout tech for every platform?

I really like React for the web, but after trying React Native it reminded me a lot of Cordova/Phonegap. You'll quickly run into requirements for which you need to install a plugin, and another plugin, and another... of questionab

Electron is horrible and I hate the fact that it seems to be gaining in popularity. It's a typical example of developers thinking of themselves first and their users second. It has come to the point where I am treating Electron based

People love their Macs very much, hence all the venting. All they want is Apple to build them the proverbial faster horse.

I switched to automatic a year ago and I'm glad I did. Stick shift feels ancient already, and besides it's just annoying once you realize it can be done automatically. I'm from The Netherlands though, so most of my colleagu

So, the web is winning and native apps are going away, because the future is native apps which also implement browser-like features to display web content. Ok. And I guess I'm weird because of my tech background, but I absolutely hate

It's only anecdotal, ofcourse, but I used to own Windows machines and as a result so did all my relatives with me being the "tech guy" in the family. Not a week would pass without me fixing a relative's PC. Now, about 7
