From what I've seen, a lot of it is people getting used to a standard of living above their means and being totally okay with going into debt to maintain it. People get used to having a lot of things they really don't need and end

At least in my case it seems that the distribution of GPAs becoming more skew left and closely grouped has made it much easier to distinguish myself. Companies recognize that GPA is becoming a less useful metric and are quick to consider an

That's fantastic! Good for Maryland! Hopefully it catches on. I'm not normally one for government spending and programs like this, but this is a cause I can get behind. I think reducing unintended pregnancies is a significant step
