Judging by the last thread about Bartender, when people were discussing alternatives, some people did not even know that was how you can rearrange your menu icons. So I can see why it's worth mentioning. Also worth mentioning that this

I think you have terminology wrong here. by definition, WEB-DL is the exact encrypted video/audio content that is served, but unencrypted of course. You literally cannot get higher quality than a proper WEB-DL.

It's very likely their switching time between wall power and battery isn't quick enough to keep a computer on. With ATX you need to switch power in no longer than 16ms else the computer will shut off.

Search subscription seems to be working quite well for Kagi. Source: I use it, and I like it. If you search HN for Kagi you'll find a lot of discourse about it.

I'm curious as to why you took that approach. Why not just straight to B2 from each machine? Is it for a redundant local copy of all the backups? If so that sounds like a good idea since restoring from B2 takes ages just because listin

TB3 is backwards compatible so you can use the Apple TB2 to 3 adapter in conjunction with a TB2 cable to hook up any TB3 device to your MBP 2015. I had the mid-2015 15" MBP and used the adapter to hook up an external GPU. If that can w

In Australia, drivers licenses and passports are defacto national IDs. And we felt the sting of that when Optus (2nd largest telecom provider) leaked half of the population's IDs. Not to mention before this there was almost no way to g
