Just installed the beta and I'm really impressed. Opening and moving between source files is pretty instant on my 2014 13" rMBP. The new editor feels like Sublime Text 3, which is what I've been waiting for. Even opening Stor

I live in an area where evaporative coolers are effective. I hate setting it up every year, and was looking into central air. When researching I learned about how efficient evaporative coolers are, and it gave me more appreciation for them.

What's the advantage of using URL versus strings? The networking libraries I've worked with just use string interpolation: https://github.com/Moya/Moya/blob/master/docs/Targets.md https:&

Thanks for saying that, I had no idea CO stays in the body so long. I thought you could just breath fresh air and clear it form your system quickly.

Yeah I agree. I've been using Swift for about 2 years, and my major issue is the tooling (Xcode, CocoaPods, etc.). I've been trying plugins for every editor I like (emacs, sublime text, VS Code), and all the code completion sucks.

My decision has nothing to do with "openness". The "friend" cited is either fabricated or speculating. Folk just want to make Apple look bad. https://twitter.com/clattner_llvm/status/8

I purchased Pixelmator a long time ago, but have never actually used it. I bought it to do web graphics, but their UI doesn't really speak to me. I've never cared for the floating docks like GIMP uses. Affinity Designer has allowe

I don't see any bouncing, I'm using chrome and a 13" MacBook Pro. My connection is also much slower than yours. Also tried throttling the connection and I don't see anything annoying in how the page layout happens.

I don't think that's how whole module optimization works. From what I understand it slightly slows down compilation, but you end up with more performant apps. For this reason I think it's only used for Release builds (that&#x

How large is the codebase? I think this is usually due to type inference on dictionaries in some cases. Usually explicitly specifying the type fixes the build times. There's a tool that will tell you how long each part of your program

Most of my problems seem to be with Xcode. The crashes can be pretty frustrating, and most I encounter are repeatable (which makes me think they should of been caught in testing). The failure in releasing Xcode 8.2/iOS 10.2, but not up

I've been using XVim as well. The only downside is that it hides the cursor in Swift Playgrounds, so they can't really be used. No problems inside Xcode projects though.
