Same here - I simply cannot reproduce the problem others are having... I had a 3G before and my reception is much better with the iPhone 4.

Interesting comparison. I wonder how many people attended each of the respective events? Could the lines, price, "you're lucky to be here", etc. be based on supply and demand? I mean if WWDC sold out in 8 days AND they charged almost 4 time

Others (e.g., techcrunch.com) have said that they would have published about the iPhone prototype but not have paid for it. This wouldn't make any difference. The California statute includes buying, acquiring, POSSESSING, or Concealing stol

It is a simple matter of contract law - it is an exchanged for bargain. In consideration of you getting access to the SDK, etc., you are agreeing to a non disclosure clause and paying $99, among other things. If you don't want to enter into

It is humorous that the article mentions the "fragmentation" of app stores... Apple is unilaterally dominating the app store concept, maybe the others are fragmented, but Apple owns it.

Most of Apple's policies handling the app store make me somewhat believe they wanted their original plan to succeed, namely, making developers write web applications and not opening up the iPhone to native development.

This isn't completely correct. It does work if the counter-suit claims are valid and encompassing - sanctions in the legal process can provide significant leverage, especially because the "patent-trolls" are heavily involved with patent att
