The best way to learn about a browser is to use it. No article is going to convey whether it will feel right to you. If needing an account is a dealbreaker, the consider the deal broken and move on. I've tried out a bunch of browser

This page is really nice on desktop and kind of unremarkable on mobile. The entrance left of the model and the quick-loading video that scrolls smoothly with the page is slick; you don't really get the feeling of the page being alive

I love the idea of a news summary, but this is also something of a reductio ad absurdum of "just the facts" reporting. Informative reporting would tell me what happened, who is affected, why it might matter to me, etc. Having a

I don’t know your case, but it’s also possible that the police won’t make an arrest because police in America tend to go on low-key strike when a liberal prosecutor is elected, and then loudly proclaim that the DA is undermining the rule of

The Kagi Universal Summarizer (which is generally pretty great) gave me this as a summary: The Artificial Intelligence Index Report 2023 provides insights into the current state of AI research, development, and adoption. Key findings and im

The key piece here is that the trainees in the humane system were forced to walk for water; that's the part that's specifically rooted it what it means to be a member of the public in a crowd; it's empathetic. Although it&#x

Tesla is singled out in the article, but there's a general problem of interference with AM radio in electric vehicles--which seems like the biggest challenge for AM. There are some legislative rumblings to do something about it. htt

Interesting. Looks like a more nitty-gritty complement to the Not So Big House movement that had a moment around the turn of the century. https://susanka.com/not-so-big-house/

It's a little funny that Javascript haters and Javascript influencers meet in their desire to highlight the new and shiny toys of the front-end ecosystem, but if you actually look at the survey results (or work on the front-end) then y

Loop earplugs[1] are made for this. I have the “Experience” model and love them dearly. I can pop them in instantly, and they attenuate without much muffling, so I can still interact with people. 1. https://us.loopearplugs.com&

Love this; really nice work. It's so much more readable. Older eyes thank you. I would upvote it just for having a lighter-charcoal background available for dark mode. My one piece of feedback is this: the line height adjustment on

On Amazon, if you search for "Misxi 2 Pack" you'll see the various size/color options. I didn't do much comparison shopping, but they're easy to put on, haven't fallen off, and haven't broken.

This has worked really well for us. My kids are 11 and 9 and we started with Gizmo watches a couple of years ago, and got them Apple Watches this year (one hand-me-down, one SE). Their friends are starting to get phones, and we're a
