I had a problem with an ACME cert terraform module. It was doing the R53 to add the DNS TXT record for the ACME challenge and then querying the change status from R53. R53 seems to use Dynamo to keep track of the syncing of the DNS across t

To be fair, every developing industrial nation has done this, including the US in the late 19th century, the Asian "tigers" during the 80s/90s and others. Personally, I don't find anything particularly immoral or unethic

The Chinese government didn't steal the tech, CATL/BYD are more advanced than Panasonic/Tesla. China learned how to make cars from European and US companies producing ICE vehicles, but the battery tech is more home grown. The

PHEVs break down more than full electric BEV or normal ICE vehicles. Hybrids (ie not plug in) have the least defects, but basically equal to normal ICE vehicles. But BEV is improving YoY relative to ICE.

People do that with phones. Given that humanoid robots are very early in their development cycle why wouldn't they need to be replaced physically? Joints will need replacement, lubrication, other maintenance. Same with motors, so why n

These robots have cameras in their hands, so they can get stuff out of cupboards, but that can also be used to see around corners. Going to be a wild ride.

Well convicted without due process, which requires being tried by the judicial system, not the political one. But true, attainder is not directly related to kin punishment.

In the US it's unconstitutional for the government to do that, it's what the ban of laws of attainder is partially about.
