Mine still has a solid 'ka-chunk' when I plug it in. You might get your setup checked.

the port is vestigial since they are moving towards wireless charging. Also, it allows for one last generation still compatible with current accessories.

Likely a software fix. The video they played was also from the 'memories' feature which may attempt 19.5:9 aspect ratio video when in reality most videos are 16:9.

So many people pre-complaining about some actually neat stuff. The screen looks fine, stoked about the HDR10. Portraits will looks really nice. Wireless charging is a big plus. I think this will be a great phone.

Couldn't they do the exact same thing with your fingerprint?

I guess I'm not a multi millionaire who needs to transfer that kind of money? What exactly are people buying with bitcoin that cannot be done with standard currencies? Unless it offers some radical access to process or markets standard

This is exactly why I think of bitcoin as a pyramid scheme. Early adopters buy some entrance into the system (via mining or currency purchase) and then focus on recruiting more people to drive up their purchased value.

I'm one of those people who are just now taking a look at this genre. Can't believe how cool this is.

I have to agree that Hanselman is one of the best speakers.

I agree with several points you made, but I can't help but worry about the context of "Made Me Rich." Your last two paragraphs basically state that the design business elevated you to a management role and a chance encounter

No. This is not a trend I wish to support. Turning private business decisions into politicized movements is not cool.

This seems a bit harsh. While it would have been nice to have a bit more transparency, calling them amateur is not realistic. It takes time to patch a bunch (read thousands) of servers and one day turn around is not all that bad.

I was using Aquamacs Emacs editor. I tend to like simple editors for coding at home. I use IntelliJ and VisualStudio for my day work. One major feature I enjoy is the multiple selections hotkey. I've been making some level designs and

I've been using it for a few weeks now. It has been really enjoyable so far. I don't take advantage of all of its features, but my web development has been spot on.

Am I the only one who is hearing a weird interfering conversation being picked up by the guys microphone? (at time 2:11:30) It's a little difficult to hear. edit: Looks like they fixed it now. (2:27:00)

True. I think the difference would be more obvious with popular files. Say you're at a lecture with 400+ students around you and you want to share some content. Hitting an S3 bucket might make more sense than handling 400+ connections

Looks like a clone of my friends page: http://www.sumodrop.com *edit: I guess 'clone' is too strong. I meant to imply it has similar functionality, not that it is carbon copied. Yes, I goofed.
