My wishlist would be no HDMI at all. Proprietary and licensed, while we have as capable (if not more) options available.

Basically what other comments suggested. The popup menu that shows every time I move with the cursor and covers part of the screen. Can't be hidden on demand. Shows status I can't see without opening it (and covering part of the s

Google Meet UX is the worst. Except WebEx which is somehow even worse. But WebEx is at least "complicated" and bad, Meet is just bad. Out of these I'm really surprised how "not as horrible" MS Teams are. Loads of fu

I'm using it, but I need to restart it several times a week because it stops playing video. For comparison, I only restart Opera/Chrome for updates once in a few weeks. And I still hate the "many tab handling" in ff wher

Besides reasons mentioned in the article (no oxygen, no humans to bump into stuff), I wonder if radiation could play a role. Cosmic rays, maybe just less radio sources around (tons of other servers).

The application of this would probably be different from what your use case is (since you can use green screen).

It's surprisingly easy to set up and run, even with redundancy, integrates well with Jira, Confluence. Was fast enough, stable enough, had everything one needed (offered more than a hosted solution such as github). IIRC kept git comple

It's important to note that it's the website that is down. Git itself worked through all the outages I can remember. Unfortunately, at least the last time I think, the integrations didn't.

Let's go with emojis in Slack. That was not an issue in any chat sowftware offering them decades ago. In 2020 I can't have them enabled on MacBook Pro, because if someone were to use many of them, the CPU usage would spike (A LOT)
