A lot of the videos I see have ads in them, section whith "this video is sponsored by this and that". That's definitely an ad. I would say most new (past few years) content by established channels has these. Some more obnoxio

The issue with paying for youtube premium is that you are still left with tons of ads. Until YouTube themselves doesn't tackle this issue as it should I refuse to pay to see sligtly less ads.

Confusing and visually unpleasing (assuming that's what you meant by "pixel vomit") are two very distinct things. And it looka nothing like anything from 1993 or something you would describe using the word "pixel".

Google might have pretended to stood for something, but they have been an evil corporation since they have been a corporation. That's what corporations do by design. One relevant example is that they've been doing the "only f

Prague has/had over 50 km. Was used up until early 00s. Loads of it still exists, it's the last surviving municipal tube system, though not functional at the moment. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Prague_pneuma

Apple doesn't even allow users to turn off Bluetooth or GPS (easily in a straight-forward way, it prevents you to make it easy). And while some of it is to provide a better experience to you, major reason is to provide service to other

With BTC especially, my argument (to myself) is that if I weren't lazy and got BTC at $20 I would have definitely sold at $100.

Why neither this nor tool in OP work with manually entering location is beyond me. My browser doesn't know my location. It doesn't help that it doesn't work even when I allow location in Firefox. But both would be solved if I

That works for the case you described. It will still ignore typos, dialects, or in my case a completely different language from the same language group. It will happily highlight different words that it deems to be equal to something I put

It's the investing that ruined Google search. Instead of search it's super smart, and as a result super annoying. It would be so much better if they kept it as is and just worked on removing spam.

Using google is so much more frustrating than say 10 years ago. And generated websites is just a small problem with that. In the past google didn't try to be that smart and gave you more control. Now it's optimized for users askin

Surprising? No. Under that same expectations untracked .gitignores wouldn't work either and we know that's not the case. But there are things that are both obvious once you know about them, but might not otherwise cross your mind.

Code editors can do it. It should be possible to define a syntax that would work well with this (no keywords, unquoted strings, : and TAB to define scopes).
