I mean, a DRM-free uncompressed file will be yours as long as you can back it up.. a CD will delaminate in a few decades, vinyl will warp, tapes demagnetize..

LOL Do you really think musicians make most of the money they make from streaming? Dude could have 1 concert a year and pull in more than his streaming would in a decade. Not to mention merch, commercial licensing.. etc.. LOL

I mean, its a bit apples or oranges.. XML's well-formed rules are, in my experience, fairly universal, hence parsing isn't as much an issue as is poorly constructed XML schemas (and schma-less xml documents as well) I know there

Yes, except those pesky infoboxes.. Google is starting to serve answers right on search result pages, which to me seems a bit murkier.

It is a shame google is aiming at Institutions that don't have the resources to know better than to trust them.. meanwhile their usage rights exists in perpetuity.. not simply for duration of the project..
