I was a C# guy before I took a job at Amazon where I do a lot of Java. I prefer C# but don't mind doing either. They both get the job done.

Dennis Prager, a nationally syndicated talk show host, has requested such an app. He said he'd give an on-air interview to the person who makes it. http://www.dennisprager.com/

I started Amazon in January. It really is a great place to work. Fun projects, smart people to learn from, at least two talks on interesting subjects a week, and lots of time to write code. After working here, I wouldn't want to work any

What happens is my IP gets blocked by YC. So until the traffic dies down or I change my IP address, it errors out while getting the comments (YC serves me a blank page).

I like how my workplace does it. Everyone gets a linux desktop. You then get the option of either a MAC or Windows 7 laptop, totally up to you.

I was pretty much a 100% .NET guy before joining Amazon in January. Without reading a book, I was immediately able to start writing Java at Amazon because of how similar it is to C#.
