To clarify - I hope your "more cool stuff" doesn't mean more fog machines and LED strips. And some of the companies that seemed to ride DARPA's coattails there made my skin crawl. No slight on DARPA themselves.

Simple answer to the question posed by the headline: No. As much as Google, Microsoft, OpenAI, and every other company that's poured billions into this technology want to think otherwise - more training data will not turn your AI model

I hope that booth is gone for good. Def Con doesn't need marketers with a blank check putting a booth there. Leave that garbage at Black Hat.

I cannot emphasize strongly enough how little public transit makes sense as a replacement for cars in most suburban and rural areas. As in - you are asking people to sacrifice a 15 minute drive home for a 1.5 hour public transit commute wit

I'm concerned that this practice will continue minimally abated with a mandatory inclusion in the ToS forcing you to agree to continually provide your driving data or else you don't get the car. Seems to be standard practice in te

If further expansion is seen as unlikely to recoup costs then what's to say an entire neighborhood has service when fiber has only been run to a single apartment? I've seen complaints amounting to this exact scenario for years.
