I got a few of those myself. They use Unicode characters that look like ASCII letters and probably Google doesn't handle it well.

That's not accurate. It has several benefits (like interest payments being deductible expenses) and wealthy people can continuously borrow to pay off other debts as their other assets appreciate. You just need the rate of appreciation

Read the article again. The "true tax rate" is calculated on the _increase in wealth_, which is a very reasonable alternative to income.

That's very effective for the top results. But if legit sites cannot rank in the first spots they'll get orders of magnitude fewer visits than the scam sites that employ SEO hacks to get the first places.

Answer to question two is yes for Bitcoin and all blockchain like that. There are some new ones like Mina who propose a different system in which you only need to verify the last hash. Answer to question three is not restricted to Bitcoin.

They sell unused capacity at a much lower price (spot instances on AWS, preemptible VMs on GCP). I don't know if they power down some servers if usage stays low for a very long time.
