Good idea. It might also be good to track the names of the lawyers involved (and not just the names of the shell companies they're hiding behind). Most know the laws may eventually change to make patent trolling harder and that their i

It is absolutely bribery. And as an American, I'm glad there are people in other places who see it for exactly what it is.

Oh MIT, it's worse to keep the file secret. The public will only speculate about what happened. I'm fine with keeping the names removed, but the public should know what happened.

Let's say a country had a higher than average rate of infant mortality. Let's also say that it was speculated the cause was cultural... due to parents in this imaginary country allowing their babies to sleep in their beds. And alt

It's only the amount paid to the artist. Pandora actually pays 12 cents per 100 plays meaning they pay $1200 for a million plays. So the middle men are apparently taking a huge cut. If I were a musician, I'd be more concerned abou

Pandora apparently pays 12 cents per 100 plays. At that rate, they are paying out $1200 for a song with a million plays. If the artist only gets about $16 (under 2%) out of that, where is the rest of that money going to?

Glad that Californians have this option. Beaches should be public on the East coast as well.
