Procrastination is the intentional avoidance or delay of a task. I have ADHD and assumed I was procrastinating a lot. Nope. These type of models never worked for me.

There's nothing wrong with using self-diagnosis as a way to inform a professional inquiry. In my unqualified opinion, you probably have ADHD.

Are you actually procrastinating? Procrastination is when you consciously decide to delay some work. Perhaps you are unmotivated or burnt out? "Just get started" is good advice sometimes, but in your case it sounds like you'

I would look for a new job if my employer was pushing productivity surveillance software on any equipment I was using. Generally if you think monitoring your employees' work habits is going to boost productivity, you have larger issues
