Fix your editor and set the tabspace to the correct value ? I'm guessing 2 spaces is the right value in this case.

You can get XCode and OS Updates through https://developer.apple.com/download/more/ (you need a login, but it's free AFAIK). EDIT: Actually just checked, looks like there is no update for el capitan or sierra

A Fiber is a cooperative multitasking strategy. As such, a fiber must yield at some point to allow other fibers to do their work. Green threading is just the idea of doing the scheduling of threads in user-space. It can be preemptive or c

Safari being MacOS-only doesn't help its cause very much. It's also so far behind on web standards that some started to call it "the new IE"[0]. Since this, apple started to show some new love to safari in the form of th

It's funny because i actually did exactly what you're talking about once when I ran into a bug in the parsing logic of wikitext tables in pandoc. I read the (extremely well organized) source, having never ever done any haskell bef

The way i deal with those is by closing the issue immediately after answering. If the user still has a follow up question, he is free to leave a comment, and I'll get notified he does.

No. Git tries to be agnostic to your workflow. Also, some of the commands are tailored for github, which is not the only git host. See gitlab, gogs, gerrit, etc...

That is not how async crypto works. If you only provide the public key (as opposed to creating a keypair locally) you could print it out to the victim and it wouldn't matter, as it can only be used to encrypt.

Isn't this susceptible to a trusting trust[0] attack, where your verifier has a bug that makes it verify itself, even though it shouldn't ? It's always possible there is a loop somewhere. The best you can hope for is make it

Qt can be made beautiful. Just like most other UI toolkit out there that support theming. HTML by default is pretty hideous. It's mostly a matter of knowing how the theme engine works. As an example, https://tox.chat/

In some places, you don't have a choice of which ISP you use. It's comcast or nothing. The free market doesn't automatically fix everything, because of the high cost to entry related to infrastructure.

OSX did this when they went from 68k to PPC [0], from PPC to x86[1], and also with Classic to support macos 9[2]. They maintained compatibility by emulated the previous architecture on the new one. [0] : https://en.wikipedia.org&

This isn't a great argument against chosing open core solutions, it's a great argument against chosing SugarCRM. Many open core solutions (I'm thinking of gitlab, but there are probably many other) fixes bugs in both versions

To be fair, how hard can it be to port your app from one init system to the other ? And for that matter, did anyone make a systemd-to-sysv converter ? Because that should surely be possible, systemd service files being declarative. If such
