The logins are often hard to grok if it's a third party API-level access. For example, I believe if you're using a mail plugin that uses App Engine, it will appear to have generated a login from a Google IP block.

Great blog post. These principles are what really can prevent a company culture for changing for the worse. Of course this assumes there's a "culture" in place to start, but for companies that have one, this is really useful advice.

InSync[1] is a pretty close experience right now to using Google Docs as a Dropbox-like product. Surely Google will launch a desktop connector like InSync or otherwise buy them. [1] www.insynchq.com

I presume this is driven by the runaway growth of Flipkart in India right now. Surely Amazon wants to build a footprint so when they have products stocked locally, then can move to a full Amazon.com model with additional sellers also avail

Sadly this seems unrealistic given the constraints placed on student athletes and the time consuming nature of engineering studies. It's really hard to find blocks of time to work on CS projects when you're spending 6+ hours a day outside

There's little incentive in filling out a form that disappears into the ether. Given that Google's other web-based support tools are mostly useless and unanswered (Gmail support for example), this is not much an incentive to waste time fil
