The amount of hydro electricity that can be produced is fairly static, so increasing hydro consumption means that other energy sources (mostly coal) are needed to pick up the rest of the demand.

I don't think matrix can scale to hundreds of thousands of users in one channel at the moment.

One of the biggest problems with this is everyone always chooses the newest produce so even if something has plenty of time left it ends up being rejected. The fix is stock rotation but it takes a lot of effort to ensure older produce gets

That doesn't make sense. Once you hit a threshold, usually the amount of money below the threshold is taxed at 0% or a lower percentage, then anything earned on top is taxed at a higher rate. You still earn more money by earning above

I had to do that because of the sheer amount of softcore porn (ads for Chinese livestream services such as MeMe and MoreIn) in the YouTube adverts in my region.

Be careful when creating terminology in a regulated industry. Just because an insider exits a position, doesn't mean they have reduced confidence in the company and implying this could get you in trouble.

Customer service agents aren't your personal punching bag and they usually have limited power to rectify the situation. The person in CS who was receiving that complaint could hardly force the plane to depart.

This is how most services work at scale. It's much cheaper to set a flag than actually delete an entry in a database. The data can then be scrubbed by some periodic maintenance process.

Taking control from companies like this wouldn't work. All you have to do is split shares into voting and non-voting shares and only liquidate the latter to pay this hypothetical tax.
