Except PAM stands for "Pluggable Authentication Modules" (as in "PAM Library") - plural. You then write a module for the PAM library, so it makes the most sense to call it a "PAM Module", even if there is some

You can have both with Karabiner (though it doesn't work with Sierra yet). Caps lock can be control if held down and used as a modifier with another key, but if pressed and released sends Esc instead.

The background image on that page is 7.6MB, you might want to optimise that a little - it took a long time to load even on a decent connection :)

Off topic, but you've just made me realise I don't always use the same finger when I type the letter R. If I were typing lower case "rg" I use middle finger for r and then index finger for g. I'm now thinking about

There's also the fact that it's easy to display something in the browser other than what is pasted into the terminal[1]. That said, if you say "just run apt-get install foo" people will just copy that instead of the curl

I think they both have a place - atom-notebook (like the web version) for more structured use with cells, and hydrogen for ad-hoc ("Will this work?") anonymous execution while you're editing. > Will I get no output except

It's usable natively on OSX, but Docker isn't. Surely running youtube-dl inside a docker container inside a virtualbox VM created by boot2docker isn't easier?

I believe this is designed to operate on OSX keychain files, e.g. ~/Library/Keychains/login.keychain - and is unrelated to keychain the ssh-agent wrangler.

Something the article doesn't touch on in its pursuit of a smaller image - when you run "apt-get install" or "apt-get upgrade" you should do "&& apt-get clean" in the same RUN command. This will re
