I wonder, in terms of having many connections, could the same thing be done by a HTTP -> SPDY gateway? It saves having a multitude of connections for a single request, and also is more compressed.

For Windows 7 users, the path to install it to is C:\Users\[user]\AppData\Roaming\Sublime Text 2\Packages (Presumably, for Windows XP users, it would then be "C:\Documents and Settings\[user]\Application Data\Sublime Text 2\Packages" but I

If you'd rather not rely on an external service, it's super-easy to use SimplePie ( http://simplepie.org/ ) to merge feeds and, if you'd like, output another feed: http://www.webmaster-source.com/2007/08/06/merging-rss-feeds... (Not the

There's a fairly consistent order of haystack/needle, but it depends on what the function does (i.e. string functions vs. array functions). It is fairly annoying to have any differences, but it's fairly easy to remember them.

Some sites let you insert some Javascript, but try and block certain techniques (and it all goes horribly wrong for them).

Personally, I find the Panorama feature helps with that, as does having a tab list. Does Chrome offer either of those?

> The real question is whether you would ever have that many tabs open, and how much memory do you have on your desktop? I have 60 tabs open now (in FF), and this is after closing most of them, on a 32-bit system with 4GB of RAM. I regu

As a high school student, I can confirm you explained it well and I was able to follow it the entire way though. :)

Personally, I love that joining is ' '.join(list), since PHP (e.g.) works the same way, in that the first argument to implode() is the string.

The $1$ part of the hash is purely to indicate that MD5 was the encryption algorithm used. The salt used is the first 12 characters, so from "$1$" to the next "$" For example, for "$1$JVf3ep..$uvo634QwxDsAuHMOZlKws1:riprip" the salt is "$1$

Turns out transparent aluminium does actually exist: http://www.atomicmpc.com.au/News/151361,transparent-aluminiu... Though I doubt they'll be making planes out of something explosive.

Perhaps we need a JSONP callback that instead does `yourFunction(JSON.parse('{"JSON":"rocks!"}'))` (though, slightly more sophisticated, I hope).
