I've been using the Google Chart Tools ( http://code.google.com/apis/charttools/index.html ) and have been pretty happy with it. Haven't used it on a major project though, so your mileage may vary.

In my experience, most people working in IT in India, still end up using IE, either out of ignorance (they are like most other users - don't care about the browser as long as the site works) or due to Enterprise Intranet sites.
