Hmm... how about adding displays on the pillars connected to cameras that fill in the view (adjusted to whatever the driver's head position is at any time)?

Most interesting quote: Carlip suggests instead that in a spacetime foam scenario, energy would exist everywhere in a vacuum—but if you took a much closer look, you would find Planck-sized areas that have an equal likelihood of expanding or

It looks like similar functionality to Hedgehog but with hosting as a service, and extra functions added. Or is that off base? How would you contrast your security and functional approaches to what they're doing? https://hed

Google is equally horrible about adwords (and probably most other customer service related issues). They terminated our adwords account saying that there was something wrong with the site it was advertising and giving a list of 12 extremel

What you're saying is the reverse of the situation I'm complaining about. I'm not saying that they should specify how soon fiber is coming. Yes, then they'd have a support issue as you describe. I'm saying that they

Sure, there are all kinds of problems and all kinds of things that could/should be done to fix them. Micro-trenching would be wonderful. None of that excuses withholding information from customers to prevent them from being able to make

I used to be a big support of Sonic for years, but have changed my mind as of late. They skipped my block for fiber, and I thought there could be some issue (like the fact that a Muni electric line runs down it) that might make it impossibl

Another point about hosted platforms: if they run slowly, there's not that much you can do to fix it. Here's a GTMetrix report for the aforementioned site: https://gtmetrix.com/reports/sockfancy.com/gSNvn

Fun fact: WordPerfect was written in assembler for (I think) the Data General minicomputer. Every other version was cross-assembled to the given platform. This was told to me by Alan Ashton, the CEO and founder of WordPerfect, in around 198

So let's say we did this way back in time, when only 100 humans had been born. They could have been in the 1st half or the 2nd half. In either case, this would seem to predict that no more than 100 more would be born, which is clearly
