It's because of all those startups like Airbnb pushing the "sharing economy" when it's really the renting economy. It's not sharing if they're charging you for it.

Are you referring to their Open California dataset? https://www.planet.com/products/open-california/ It's larger as Open California only has the datasets from Landsat 8, Sentinel, and Planet's own satell
