I think its more like, "I have no chance of understanding your code, BECAUSE IT'S IN R." The vast majority of R users and I bet 95% of ecologists, can't read and understand R modules. Its the PHP of Data Science. The poi

Actually, the entire list of non-essential but beneficial nutrients in Kale are good for you, and not in Soylent. This is the case for many plant foods. Just check wikipedia. However, we haven't identified most phytonutrients in plants

You don't get non-essential phytonutrients from Soylent. The ingredient list isn't that long.

I admit, I was attempting to create controversy to create a thread which would attract viewers. Single, informative comments tend to be less successful here than long threads.

I get this. To be honest, I had gastric surgery last year, so my stomach isn't big enough to process enough plants to get basic nutrition. I have to take lots of vitamins, or I will get malnutrition. Why anyone would CHOOSE to have to

1) Soylent doesn't include the vast library of known life extending phytonutrients. 2) we haven't discovered most of these compounds, we just know plants have them

Things in plants other than basic nutrients are what keep you alive, well and free of cancer. Soylent is an obviously horrible idea for your health.

Sometimes I wonder what a booze/pot/acid/ecstasy free me would be like. Binged on all of them as a teenager. Would I be 10% smarter? 20%? More? Better moods?

Wikipedia isn't clear, because many gay rights organizations prefer condoms to Truvada, but there are no examples of transmission while taking Truvada daily. Serious commentators no longer debate Truvada's efficacy.
