Just a quick warning about this, it uses canvas tags to display the sparklines so won't work in IE or any browsers unable to display the canvas tag.

You can make just as obtrusive Javascript using jQuery as much as you can with any JS library, the point is that you should be doing unobtrusive Javascript. If you don't know how to do unobtrusive JS, I would recommend DOM Scripting by Jere

Maybe they're having problems with their new system that they implemented? I wouldn't worry too much anyway, it's not like Alexa is particularly accurate, our site is getting more traffic than ever before but somehow Alexa doesn't think so.
