I hope not just Linux support for these chips matures - but that the rest of the fabless chip vendors get a leg up as well, because .. The world needs non-Apple/-Qualcomm variants of this hardware architecture, imho. Pretty darn quick.

In Austria, one must pay an "ORF Tax", where 30 fine euro's of your monthly income are devoted to the ORF broadcaster, which is the 'official' mandatory contribution made by your household, or else, to the 'bro

This is awesome, and I can't wait to have the time to set this up and install my GOG library .. but one thing has been bugging me for a long time about my GOG library, and that is: local multiplayer network gaming was awesome then. So

Its a non-problem, until it is a problem .. and, wouldn't you want to know in that case? Especially[0] if we can blast the thing out of the sky, one of these days .. [0] - https://c.tenor.com/o9t2JYNU4LYAAAAd/tenor

Its an acquired taste I guess. I never liked the look of mine, it was brown and distasteful. Was sure fun when the suspension kicked in though.

It reminds me of my old Citroen BX, what a slab of unworthiness that thing was. I really have to wonder how the Steinwinter was supposed to be pratical, with such dreadful clearance? A case of whimsical design, perhaps.

I was excited, it was a game company, and I'd wanted to get back into games - or more specifically, game engines - for a few years. The tech of this particular company was interesting, an in-house engine developed by wunderkind, of co

Nice work .. I have had my own agents running kanban on existing Jira projects, categorized by workflow, and it is a pleasure to see your project on HN today. I will for sure enjoy catching up with your work, thanks for sharing it.

>There's a few apps out there that facilitate handing off to agents from kanban boards. jira-cli and hermes, for example. in fact, wiring hermes up to an existing Jira(/other_PM_system) is, well .. fruitful.

Yes, this is like, the best thing ever .. I've generally been doing this, albeit with command-line Jira and a "my workflow is my prompt" philosophy, resulting in a fleet of little kanbans .. and my agents are really, really d

Slop is just information that a human can't be bothered to process, for a near-infinity multitude of reasons.

Well your point didn't come across at all, just sayin'. But here's the point: All IDE's eventually become liabilities as they attempt to become an operating system. Better to just use a text editor, learn to use the buil

Your comment came across as sarcasm directed at aa-jv's position that folks are lured into the VSCode abyss and stay there because their comfort level won't let them leave, while VSCode - meanwhile - continues to be a huge securit

I could say the same of your position, honestly. Stupid, naive - or maybe just plain ignorant. If humans didn't want information to be free, there wouldn't be so much free information. Or did you not notice?

Most resources are free until some company comes along and puts its brand on them. (Disclaimer: I only use free AI and will never pay for it. I think there is a growing segment of folks who agree with this sentiment, also ..)

Nearly all code involved in building new things is 'plagiarism', too. We stand on a lot of giant shoulders. But what I think distinguishes an act between plagiarism and acceptable use, is whether or not the agency of both parties

AI is human knowledge at scale, wanting to be free. We built it, because we as humans intrinsically know that information should be free - always - and AI is a way to accomplish this, finally. Extrinsically, we also have a subset of humans
