I got the first example to give 4 and the second one returns 1. OpenWacom DOS 16Bit. Under 32bit it gives 8 AND 0.

I went from Python to F# but now I think I should have gone to Rust instead. My reasoning has to do with making standalone executables and being able to call C libraries. That can be done in F# but is easier in other languages.

I think your'e overemphasising how bad it is. I worked for quite some time as a computer tech fixing problems on-site and seeing exactly what issues customers face. I didn't come across too many "bad" clients. Now maybe

My prediction is that some games might just delist themselves or early access titles might stop development. There may some delays of releases of new games if devs decide to switch engine. What does concern me is the DRM issue. Unity talks

If you want to make a game in 2023 you should just use an off the shelf game engine. If you want to understand how older 3D games were made then this will help. If you are writing a game in DOSBox with an old C compiler then it would be use

The bottom of the page has an updated Dec 12 2022 on it. The main article talks about Elden Ring which was released in February 2022. So it must of been written sometime in 2022.

I don't think that their usage of 4th Generation Programming Languages is incorrect. The paper shows cleary that they understand the generations. The conclusion reads more like LLMs can translate from an human prompt to a 3GL such as p

When looking at Freedos a while back I found an editor called setedit. It does work on other platforms than DOS but I haven't tried it. It is influenced by the Borland C++ IDE editor. https://setedit.sourceforge.net/
