The lightning network is a decentralized protocol for transferring BTC, it's not even remotely comparable.

Distributed is not the same as decentralized. A decentralized system is a distributed system that still works _when nodes are owned by multiple different (even competing/malicious) parties_.

And if everyone sold their stocks the economy would crumble and millions of people would be out in the streets and lose their retirement money, should we make selling stocks a crime?

So this doesn't really impact them much after all. Until we see publishers closing doors due to lack of profits this argument doesn't really work.

A server with the password "solarwinds123" isn't a coding bug, it's an obvious lack of security audits.

I'm pretty sure that rollbacks to fix bugs in the chain itself would still be ok today.

Why Python 2 instead of 3? There are several distributions that no longer ship it, and AFAIK it's no longer supported as of 2020.

But building can be a lot more interesting and at the end of the day you'll get the same salary (unless you get enough equity to care about it).

On track? Which one? Care to share the video evidence? All I've seen are 1/4 mile drag races that show that yes, indeed, the Taycann has a 2 speed gearbox. There isn't really a big advantage outside of that.

Everything you listed sounds like something that should be handled by permissions or settings, not a completely different media format.

You can avoid buying new games from publishers that don't allow you to play their games on GFN. I'm sure they have data analysts that will notice the pattern if enough people are doing this.

That sounds like an argument against Stadia, which forces you to rebuy all your games instead of just paying for the service like with GeForce Now.

You must pay for Bitcoin transaction fees with BTC, same idea different scale, I guess. I don't think taxes justify the value of a state currency, otherwise the value would fluctuate wildly when close to tax season.
