The comparison between the iPhone UI and Windows Mobile UI is the crux of the matter. With a device that you use dozens of times a day, every single day, the UI better be damn good. As of now, the UI on mobile devices has not been good.

If we are playing the anecdote game, in my high school, girls did best in math class (straightforward math problems--evaluate this integral), but boys did the best in math team (more creative and applied questions).

While this is an interesting technique, I wonder what effects the absence of the cell marker has on normal immune function. As well, gene targeting for therapy is exceptionally tricky; if you miss, you can seriously screw things up.
